1. Overview
These Terms & Conditions govern the agreement between DENKELI Capital, operated by Abdulmejid Denkeli (“DENKELI Capital,” “we,” “us”) and the individual (“Student,” “you”) who purchases access to the DENKELI Capital mentorship program. By completing payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full. Payment confirmation constitutes the binding agreement between both parties.
2. The Service
DENKELI Capital provides a three-month trading mentorship program consisting of weekly group sessions and individual trade review sessions delivered via Google Meet and/or Zoom. The program covers order flow analysis, market structure, and institutional trading methodology. Sessions are not recorded. No trading signals, investment advice, or guaranteed outcomes are provided or implied.
3. Payment
The total investment is €3,990, payable in full prior to the start of the program. Payment is accepted via bank transfer. Where bank transfer is not available, payment via an approved payment processor may be arranged. Access to the program is granted only upon confirmation of full payment received. All prices are stated in EUR. DENKELI Capital is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or banking charges incurred by the Student.
4. Refund Policy
All payments are final and non-refundable. By completing payment, the Student acknowledges and accepts that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to change of personal circumstances, dissatisfaction with results, or early withdrawal from the program. We strongly encourage all prospective students to attend the pre-enrollment call and raise any questions before payment is made.
5. Missed Sessions
Sessions missed by the Student will be handled on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Abdulmejid Denkeli. There is no automatic right to a replacement session. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate unforeseen circumstances where possible. Repeated absences without communication may result in forfeiture of remaining sessions without refund.
6. Student Responsibilities
The Student agrees to engage with the program in good faith, attend scheduled sessions, complete any preparation required between sessions, and maintain direct and honest communication. The program requires active participation. DENKELI Capital does not guarantee outcomes and accepts no responsibility for trading results, losses, or decisions made by the Student during or after the program.
7. Intellectual Property
All methodology, frameworks, materials, and content shared during the program are the intellectual property of Abdulmejid Denkeli and DENKELI Capital. The Student may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or publicly share any part of the program content in any form without prior written consent from Abdulmejid Denkeli.
8. Financial Disclaimer
DENKELI Capital is an educational mentorship service operated by Abdulmejid Denkeli. Nothing communicated during the program constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to trade any specific instrument. Trading financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results. The Student accepts full responsibility for their own trading decisions.
9. Termination
Abdulmejid Denkeli reserves the right to terminate a Student’s participation in the program at his sole discretion if the Student acts in bad faith, behaves disrespectfully toward other participants or Abdulmejid Denkeli, breaches these terms, or engages in any conduct deemed incompatible with the program’s standards. No refund will be issued in the event of termination for cause.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DENKELI Capital’s total liability to the Student for any claim arising from or related to the program shall not exceed the amount paid by the Student. DENKELI Capital and Abdulmejid Denkeli are not liable for indirect, consequential, or trading-related losses of any kind.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Swedish courts.
